Introduction to the Summer File

    Praise be to Allah for His Great Favors. Praise be to Him for guiding us to success and gratitude. Peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his followers, and those who helped him.
    Summer has a special taste all over the world; therefore, many people set special preparations for it.
    Summer is hot in most regions, whereas it is cold or nice in other regions.
    Summer is usually a break from work.
    In summer, people like to travel for tourism.
    In summer, many governmental and private institutions compete in presenting various programs that try to meet the needs of summer-makers. In summer, night turns into daytime and vice-versa in many cities. Moreover, in summer visits, meetings, parties, and wedding ceremonies take place frequently.

    This summer has a special taste because the blessed Month of Ramadan will come in summer after the end of its winter session.
    Therefore, it is incumbent on the Alssunnah Website to contribute in this season with a special file discussing all the issues of summer whether Shari`ah rulings, phenomena, programs, or scientific suggestions that benefit individuals as well as families.

    Hence, each one can contribute with whatever they can offer such as: ideas, writings, or audios like: Friday sermons; written, audio, or video lectures; or any constructive ideas, whether these ideas concerning individuals, families, seekers of knowledge, women, institutions, or addressing an erroneous phenomenon.
    As for the blessed month of Ramadan — what do you know about Ramadan! —, the site has prepared special file for it. We hope that the site will meet the needs of every fasting Muslim, males and females, concerning their own interests.
    We wish a useful summer for all that increases their knowledge, benefits, good deeds, fun, communication, and their rewards.
